The Elgin is the same sixe box as Blenheim and Osbourne but comes complete with a stand made in the same style as the postbox itself. The Elgin has a front retreival door and the stand should be mounted in concrete for a secure installation.
This postbox is made from 100% non corrosive cast aluminium and is produced by hand using the traditional sand casting method. The foundry is owned and operated by the founding family and continues to produce exceptional quality postboxes from an original patented design.
This is a very durable and long lasting postbox and is available with a lovely range of hand painted decorative options finished by local crafts people. These options can include your house name, number and choice of motif. We have a comprehensive range of motifs, however if you cannot find one to suit your box it also possible to produce an emblem of your own design.
The whole box is made from cast aluminium and all surfaces are powder coated to a very high standard in a choice of colours, please see below. Please see examples of the motifs available below.
